常规MRI和简化MRI在乳腺疾病筛查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨常规MRI和简化MRI在乳腺疾病筛查中的应用价值。方法根据MRI检查方法的不同将181例乳腺病变患者分为简化组(n=86)和常规组(n=95),简化组患者进行简化MRI检查,常规组患者进行常规MRI检查。统计并比较简化MRI和常规MRI诊断乳腺恶性病变的灵敏度和特异度。结果常规MRI诊断乳腺恶性病变的灵敏度为88.1%,与简化MRI的81.1%比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);常规MRI诊断乳腺恶性病变的特异度为97.9%,高于简化MRI的88.2%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论简化MRI检查时间短,简便易行,无电离辐射风险,无人为操作影响,同时能提供较多的诊断信息,其诊断乳腺恶性病变的灵敏度较高,适用于人群筛查,特别是青年女性和致密型乳腺病变的筛查。Objective To explore the application value of conventional MRI and simplified MRI in breast disease screening.Method A total of 181 patients with breast lesions were divided into simplified group(n=86,received simplified MRI)and conventional group(n=95,received conventional MRI)according to MRI methods.The sensitivity and specificity of simplified MRI and conventional MRI in diagnosing breast malignancy were compared.Result There was no significant difference for the sensitivity of conventional MRI and simplified MRI in diagnosing breast malignancy(88.1%vs 81.1%,P>0.05);the specificity of conventional MRI was higher than that of simplified MRI in diagnosing breast malignancy(97.9%vs 88.2%,P<0.05).Conclusion Simplified MRI has shorter examination time and simplified procedure without risks of ionizing radiation and influence from manual operation,which can provide more diagnostic information.The method has higher sensitivity in diagnosing breast malignancy,which is suitable for population screening,especially for young women and dense breast lesions.
