摘　　要：经历百年奋斗,中国特色社会主义事业取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就。党的二十大胜利召开,在新的"赶考“路上,党面临社会条件深刻变化和重大风险考验。特别是西方反华势力一直妄图利用互联网"扳倒中国”,声称“社会主义国家投入西方怀抱,将从互联网开始”。互联网已经成为舆论斗争的主战场。在通往复兴梦想的新长征中,不为任何风险所惧,牢牢把握主动权:准确把握思想舆论斗争的新特点,确保党对网络思想舆论的领导权、坚持党对网络思想舆论的引导权、扩大党对网络思想舆论的话语权、夺实党对网络思想舆论的治理权。保证互联网成为党的事业坚强阵地。the Party's struggle in the last one hundred years has led to great achievements in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The successful convening of the Party's 20th National Congress marked a turning point on its journey for fulfilling its historical missions.Given the changes that have taken place in the social conditions,it has to face new challenges and risks from hostile forces of the West who attempt to"topple China with internet",claiming that"starting from the internet,socialist countries will eventually embrace the West".Internet has become a new battlefield of public opinions.On its way towards the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Party should take the initiative in responding to all the challenges by fully recognizing the new features of the ideological wars on the internet.It should ensure its leadership in ideological struggles on the internet,expand its power of discourse in impacting public opinions,and strengthen its governance of the internet in a way to turn it into the stronghold of the party.
