摘 要:为了筛选出能够高效降解黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的菌株,从小鼠粪便分离菌株经过纯化培养后,试验采用以AFB1的降解率为指标进行筛选,从形态学、生理生化试验和16S rDNA序列分析的方法进行了筛选菌株的鉴定,并通过测定该菌株不同发酵组分对AFB1的降解率来确定其脱毒活性组分。结果表明,菌株SM2能够高效降解AFB1,其降解率达到69.2%。经过分析鉴定该菌株为枯草芽胞杆菌FWJ16X,其脱毒能力主要来源于上清液中的某种活性物质。说明了试验结果可为在实践中使用枯草芽孢杆菌FWJ16X解决AFB1污染问题提供理论依据,同时为后续微生物脱毒制剂的开发奠定基础。In order to screen out the strains that could efficiently degrade aflatoxin B1(AFB1),the strains isolated from mouse feces were purified and cultured,and the AFB1 degradation rate was used as an indicator for screening.From morphology,physiological and biochemical tests,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis The method used to screen the strain to identify its detoxification active components by measuring the degradation rate of different fermentation components of the strain on AFB1.The results showed that strain SM2 could efficiently degrade AFB1,and its degradation rate reached 69.2%.After analysis,the strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis FWJ16X,and its detoxification ability was mainly derived from a certain active substance in the supernatant.It showed that the test results could provide a theoretical basis for the use of Bacillus subtilis FWJ16X to solve the AFB1 pollution problem in practice,and laid the foundation for the subsequent development of microbial detoxification preparations.
