摘 要:随着我国高速铁路规模扩大并成网运营,换乘客流量日益增多,长距离客流的换乘组织问题愈加突出。现状列车接续方案存在接续时间长、接续频率低、同城异站接续等问题,不利于提高旅客换乘出行效率。本文基于我国高速铁路非周期列车运行模式,在大规模路网中多车站与多列车之间接续耦合灵活且复杂的背景下,建立优化列车接续方案的整数规划模型,以结合各OD换乘需求差异最大化列车接续频率和最小化列车接续时间为目标,通过调整既有运行图中列车在车站的到发时刻和顺序,优化列车接续时间、接续频率和接续方式。结合我国高速铁路客流与列车组织特点,模型考虑换乘枢纽内旅客同站与异站换乘的列车接续方式,并增加确保运行图稳定性和可行性的列车接续次数、追踪间隔时间等约束,以保证列车接续方案的现实操作性。我国“四纵四横”高速铁路网较大规模实际案例的求解结果表明,与现状列车接续方案相比,优化模型能够在较小幅度调整列车时刻的情况下,显著提高接续频率、缩短接续时间、优化接续方式,可为铁路部门调整列车运行图提供参考和依据。The expansion of the high-speed railway(HSR)network in China has resulted in an increase in the number of passengers requiring transfers.However,the current train connection plan exhibits disadvantages such as long connection time,low connection frequency,and the necessity for connection between different stations within a hub,which deteriorates the travel efficiency of passengers.As a flexible yet complicated potential coupling relationship exists between the numerous stations and trains,,an integer programming model is established in this study to optimize the train connection plan in terms of the connection time,connection frequency,and connection location based on a practical non-periodic train operation mode.Considering the difference in the transfer demand of different passenger Origin-Destination pairs,the timetable is rescheduled to maximize the frequency of train connections and minimize the connection time.Based on actual passenger situations and the train organization,the model accounts for a situation wherein passengers may transfer at both the same and different stations,as well as allows the stability and feasibility of the timetable to be assured by adding constraints to the train connection times and train tracking interval,respectively.In case studies based on China’s“Four Vertical and Four Horizontal”HSR network,the methodology is elucidated,and the optimization result is compared with the existing connection plan.The proposed method can significantly increase the connection frequency,decrease the connection time,and optimize the connection method via a slight adjustment of the timetable,thus providing a reference for improving the railway timetable.
