摘 要:本研究聚焦风险规避下的供应商和银行对零售商主导型供应链的影响,构建了CVaR风险度量模型及有追索权保理融资下的供应链决策模型,探讨不同风险规避程度下零售商主导型供应链分散式和集中式的运营决策与融资决策,并从风险分担契约和收益共享契约两个方面讨论其对风险规避型供应链的协调问题。研究表明:供应商和银行的风险规避系数均会影响供应商的生产量决策,风险规避的银行可以借助CVaR准则制定利率,平衡其收益和风险;同时契约的引入能够改进供应链绩效,实现收益分配。This study examines the influence of suppliers and banks under risk aversion on the retailer-dominated supply chain,and establishes models of CVaR risk measurement and supply chain decision-making under recourse factoring financing.The study investigates the decentralized and centralized operational and financing decisions of the retailer-dominated supply chainunder various levels of risk aversion,and examines the coordination of the risk-averse supply chain in terms of both risk andrevenue sharing contracts.The results show that the risk-aversion coefficient of both suppliers and banks affect suppliers’production volume decisions.Moreover,risk-averse banks use the CVaR criterion to set interest rates and balance their benefits and risks.The findings indicate that introducing contracts can improve supply chain performance and benefit distribution.
