专业认证视角下地方高师院校师范专业建设路径研究--基于“课程与教学”指标

摘　　要：师范类专业认证是国家深化新时代教师教育改革,保障和提高教师人才质量,促进高师院校内涵式发展和专业建设的重要举措.师范类专业认证中的8个一级指标为高师院校的师范专业建设制定了具体的标准.其中,“课程与教学”指标点的有效达成,对师范专业顺利通过认证考查具有重要意义,是提升高师院校的人才培养质量的必由之路.该文对照“课程与教学”指标标准,认真分析了地方高师院校在“课程与教学”方面存在的问题,并提出了有针对性的完善路径,以期为地方高师院校的教师教育质量提升提供借鉴和参考.Normal professional certification is an important measure to improve the quality of teacher edu⁃cation and promote the development of normal universities.The eight major indicators in the normal pro⁃fessional certification sets the specific standards for the construction of teacher training majors in normal universities.Among them,the achievement of curriculum and teaching indicator is of great significance to successfully pass the normal professional certification and improve the quality of talent training in normal universities.Based on the problems of curriculum and teaching in local normal universities,this paper proposes the improvement approach,with a view to providing reference for the improvement of teacher ed⁃ucation quality in local normal universities.
