地方高校卓越农林人才的政行企校联合培养模式探究--以大理大学园艺专业为例

摘　　要：以大理大学园艺专业为例,探讨地方高校与政府、行业协会、企业合作办学的卓越农林人才联合培养机制。卓越农林人才联合培养机制根据现代农业和新农村建设需要,以高素质应用型创新人才培养为核心,以实践技能与创新能力训练为重点,政行企校共同调整优化人才培养方案,改革课程体系,构建多元化实践教学平台,加强“双师型”师资队伍建设,有效提升卓越农林人才培养质量。Taking the horticulture major of Dali University as an example,this paper discusses the joint training mechanism of excellent agricultural and forestry talents in the cooperation of local universities with the governments,industry associations and enterprises.According to the needs of modern agriculture and new rural construction,the joint training mechanism of excellent agricultural and forestry talents takes the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented innovative talents as the core and focuses on the training of practical skills and innovative ability.The governments,industry associations,enterprises and universities jointly adjust and optimize the talent training scheme,reform the curriculum system,build a diversified practical teaching platform,strengthen the construction of"double qualified"teachers,and effectively improve the training quality of excellent agricultural and forestry talents.
