摘 要:为探究捕食线虫真菌(NTF)在流域上下游的分布格局,以大盈江为研究区域,采集上、中、下游3个采样区的水体底泥、陆地土壤样品共30份,分析NTF沿河流的分布模式。以诱饵平板法分离纯化NTF,结合形态学和分子生物学方法鉴定所得菌株,共得到1属9种19株NTF。NTF的检出率和物种多样性指数均为下游最高,中、上游次之;其中少孢节丛孢Arthrobotrys oligospora仅分布在上游,厚皮单顶孢A.eudermata仅分布在中游,奇妙单顶孢A.thaumasium、中华单顶孢A.sinensis、狂带单顶孢A.rutgeriense和圆锥节丛孢A.conoides仅分布在下游。结果表明,NTF在流域上、中、下游存在分布差异,水流的汇聚作用是这种分布差异重要的驱动因子,流域下游的微生物可能是上游物种汇集而来。To explore the distribution patterns of Nematode-Trapping Fungi(NTF)in the upper and lower reaches of the watershed,Dayingjiang River was chosen as the study area,30 samples of aquatic sediment and riverbank terrestrial soil were collected from the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Dayingjiang River.Isolated NTF by bait plate method,combined with morphological and molecular biology methods to identify the resulting strains.A total of 19 NTF strains belong to 1 genus and 9 species were identified.The results display that the occurrence frequency and diversity index of NTF in the Dayingjiang River is the highest in lower reaches,followed by the middle and upper reaches.Of these,Arthrobotrys oligospora is distributed only in the upper reaches,A.eudermata is distributed only in the middle reaches,A.thaumasium,A.sinensis,A.rutgeriense and A.conoides are distributed only in the lower reaches.The results show that there are distribution differences in the upper and lower reaches of the watershed,and the convergence of water flow is one of the important driving factors for this distribution difference.The lower reaches of the watershed may be the collection place of microbial communities.
