摘 要:为了解决电网功率补偿过程网侧电流冲击大、自适应能力弱等问题,以二极管钳位三电平静止无功发生器为研究对象,在电压外环控制上提出了一种模糊自适应比例积分(PI)与传统PI相结合的新型控制策略。在直流误差限值以上采用模糊自适应PI调节器,利用其强鲁棒性和自适应性快速减小电压误差从而稳定网侧电流;在误差限值以下采用传统PI降低电压静差,同时在无功电流检测内环引入了前馈解耦策略,实现了电压、电流双闭环控制。系统仿真试验结果表明,该控制方法能有效减小网侧电流冲击,提升电压的抗扰性和电流跟随性,系统动静态性能良好。该研究对于模糊控制在三电平电力电能变换及电能质量治理领域的推广和应用提供参考。To solve the problems that the grid power compensation process with large network-side current shocks and weak adaptive capability,a new control strategy combining fuzzy adaptive proportional integral(PI)and traditional PI is proposed in the voltage outer loop control,taking the diode clamped three-level static reactive power generator as the research object.A fuzzy adaptive PI regulator is used above the DC error limit to quickly reduce the voltage error and stabilize the network side current by using its strong robustness and adaptiveness;a tradional PI is used below the error limit to reduce the voltage static difference,while a feed-forward decoupling strategy is introduced in the reactive current detection loop to achieve double closed-loop control of voltage and current.Simulation results of the system show that the control method can effectively reduce the network-side current impact,improve the voltage immunity and current following,and the system has good dynamic and static performance.This study provides an important reference for the promotion and application of fuzzy control in the field of three-level power conversion and power quality management.
