特征性脑电图提示精神运动性癫痫持续状态1例

摘　　要：非惊厥性癫痫持续状态(NCSE)临床表现复杂,脑电图是诊断NCSE的必要条件。本例患者因“发作性意识丧失伴肢体抽搐1 d”就诊。在做视频脑电监测过程中发现34 min内有5次颞区起始的局灶性发作。结合患者的临床表现和同步视频脑电图的特点诊断为精神运动性癫痫持续状态。10 d后复查视频脑电监测为界线性脑电图。The clinical manifestations of non-convulsive status epilepticus(NCSE)are complex.The electroencephalography is necessary for its diagnosis.This paper was one case study on NCSE.However,five focal seizures starting in the temporal region were monitored within 34 minutes by video electroencephalography.The diagnosis of psychomotor status epilepticus was made based on the patient's clinical presentation and the characteristics of the simultaneous EEG results.A bounded EEG was showed in the review ten days later.
