摘  要:地方高校法学教育的目标应该是培养具有思辨的法律思维、扎实的法律知识和熟练的法律应用能力的法律人才。案例教学是培养应用型法律人才的有效路径,但目前存在课程定位不明、教学方法单一以及案例素材偏理论等问题。科学有效的案例教学模式应当以应用型法律人才培养目标为中心,在符合学生认知规律的基础上,通过递进式案例教学分层次、分阶段讲授案例及分析方法,掌握案例分析思路,多写案例分析报告,增强学生课程主体地位,让案例教学课程为应用型法律人才培养提供有效支持。The goal of legal education in local colleges and universities should be to cultivate application-oriented legal talents with speculative legal thinking,solid legal knowledge and skilled legal application ability.Case teaching is an effective way to cultivate application-oriented legal talents,but there are still some problems,such as unclear curriculum orientation,single teaching methods and case materials biased towards theory.A scientific and efficient case teaching mode should be like this:centered on the training goal-cultivate application-oriented legal talents;The teaching method should be divided into layers through progressive case teaching;Teachers must teach case study method in stages;Students must master case analysis ideas and write multiple case study reports to highlight the subject status of the students in the course.Only in this way,can case teaching mode provide effective support for the cultivation of applied legal talents.
