粗毛淫羊藿叶绿体基因组及其结构分析

摘　　要：本研究通过Illumina HiSeq X-Ten高通量测序平台对粗毛淫羊藿的叶绿体基因组进行测序,并应用生物信息学分析工具对其结构特征进行比较分析。结果表明,粗毛淫羊藿叶绿体基因组大小为156894 bp,具有被子植物典型的环状四分体结构,大单拷贝区(large single copy,LSC)长度为88496 bp,小单拷贝区(small single copy,SSC)长度为16685 bp,2个反向重复区(inverted repeat sequence,IRa/IRb)长度为25809 bp;粗毛淫羊藿叶绿体基因组有133个基因,其中包括85个蛋白编码基因、10个rRNA基因和38个tRNA基因,44个外显子,23个内含子。研究结果丰富了淫羊藿属物种的叶绿体基因组资料,可为淫羊藿属物种的分子标记开发、系统学研究与药材的混伪品鉴定提供参考。The chloroplast genome of E.acuminatum was sequenced by Illumina HiSeq X-Ten high-throughput sequencing platform,and its structural characteristics were analyzed by bioinformatics analysis tools.The results showed that the chloroplast genome size was 156,894 bp,with typical annular tetrad structure of angiosperms;The length of large single copy(LSC)was 88,496 bp,the length of small single copy(SSC)was 16,685 bp,and the length of two inverted repeat regions(inverted repeat sequence,SSC),of which IRa/IRb was 25,809 bp.There were 133 genes in the chloroplast genome of E.acuminatum,including 85 protein coding genes,10 rRNA genes and 38 tRNA genes,44 exons and 23 introns.The results enriched the chloroplast genome data of Epimedium species,and could provide reference for the development of molecular markers,systematics and identification.
