卒中高危因素与血管性帕金森综合征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨卒中高危因素与血管性帕金森综合征(VP)患者的相关性。方法:收集2015年11月至2020年12月肇庆市第一人民医院神经内科收治的VP患者30例(VP组)以及帕金森病(PD)患者30例(PD组)。比较两组一般临床资料、卒中高危因素,分析卒中高危因素的与VP相关性。结果:VP组高血压比例和Fazekas评分均高于PD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VP组HDL-C水平低于PD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,高血压(OR=6.038,95%CI:1.362~15.529,P=0.014)、HDL-C(OR=4.213,95%CI:0.133~0.019,P=0.040)是VP的独立危险因素。结论:高血压和HDL-C是VP患者的相关影响因素,对其诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗有一定意义。Objective:To study the correlation between stroke high risk factors and Vascular parkinsonism(VP)patients.Methods:Thirty VP patients(VP group)and Thirty Parkinson’s disease(PD)patients(PD group)admitted to the Department of Neurology,Zhaoqing First People’s Hospital from November 2015 to December 2020 were collected.The general clinical data and high-risk factors of stroke were compared between two groups,and the correlation between high-risk factors of stroke and AP was analyzed.Results:The proportion of hypertension and Fazekas score in the VP group were higher than those in the PD group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of HDL-C in the VP group was lower than that in the PD group,and the difference was statistically significant.Multiple logistic regression analysis:hypertension(OR=6.038,95%CI:1.362~15.529,P=0.014)and HDL-C(OR=4.213,95%CI:0.133~0.019,P=0.040)were independent risk factors for VP.Conclusion:Hypertension and HDL-C are related influencing factors in VP patients,and have certain significance for its diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment.
