摘  要:将纤维素制备燃料乙醇这一能源化工领域前沿技术研究引入到本科生探索性实验教学中。通过酸法、碱法和生物酶法对纤维素进行水解预处理后,酿酒酵母对水解糖液进行发酵生产乙醇。采用紫外分光光度计、光学显微镜、生物传感分析仪等精密仪器对纤维素水解效果、葡萄糖产量、酵母生长情况和酒精产量进行检测,分析不同处理方法对纤维素糖化率和乙醇产量的影响,并进行成本和环境效益评估。本实验立足能源化工专业领域发展前沿,涵盖了生物化学、微生物学、生物工艺学、生物化工基础等专业课内容。将本实验学科基础与创新性实践结合,能够开拓学生视野,激发学生兴趣,培养学生的创新能力和解决实际问题能力。A research on the preparation of fuel ethanol from cellulose is introduced into the exploratory experimental teaching of undergraduates. After the cellulose pretreatment through the method of acid, alkaline and enzymatic hydrolysis respectively, Saccharomyces sp. fermented the cellulose hydrolysate to produce ethanol. Precision instruments such as ultraviolet spectrophotometer, optical microscope and biological sensing analyzer were used to evaluate the cellulose hydrolysis effect, yeast growth, glucose concentration and ethanol production. The effects of different hydrolysis methods on cellulose saccharification rate and ethanol yield were analyzed, and the cost and environmental benefit were assessed. This experiment was established on the frontier of energy and chemical engineering, covering the fundamental knowledge of biochemistry, microbiology, bioprocess technology, biochemical engineering and other professional courses.The combination of disciplinary basis and innovative practice of this experiment can broaden students’ horizon, stimulate their interest, cultivate their abilities of innovation and practical problem-solving.
