车用聚丙烯熔接痕强度与摩擦焊接强度研究

摘  要:本文研究了不同种类PP树脂,滑石粉和POE含量对PP熔接痕和摩擦焊接强度的影响,实验结果表明,纯PP树脂体系熔接痕强度几乎与拉伸强度相当,而焊接强度主要取决于哪种树脂可以在低断裂伸长率时就可以达到高的拉伸强度,高结晶树脂具有明显的优势。滑石粉含量的增加导致材料体系实际流动性下降,且滑石粉不熔融对界面粘接不利,从而引起熔接痕强度和焊接强度的下降。POE含量的增加引起的焊接强度下滑幅度大于熔接痕强度的下降,这可能是由于POE在摩擦焊接时会存在析出界面和团聚的趋势,从而导致焊接强度的快速下滑。研究表明改性体系越简单则熔接痕和焊接强度越优,组分越多分散越弱则熔接痕与焊接强度越低。In this paper, the effects of different kinds of PP resin, talc and POE content on PP weld line and friction welding strength were studied. The experimental results showed that weld line strength of pure PP was almost equal to the tensile strength, and the welding strength mainly depends on which resin can achieve high tensile strength at low elongation at break. Therefore high crystalline PP resin was better. The increase of talc content leaded to the decrease of the actual fluidity of compounds, and talc was unfavorable to the interface boding, resulting in the decrease of weld line strength and friction welding strength. The decline of friction welding strength caused by rise of POE was more serious than fall of weld line strength, which may be due to the trend of precipitation interface and agglomeration during friction welding, resulting in the rapid decline of friction welding strength. The results indicated that the simpler the compounds was, the better weld line and friction welding strength were. The more components were, the weaker the dispersion was, the lower weld line and friction welding strength were.
