摘　　要：设计了一个制备野菊花精油雪花膏的综合化学实验,实验涉及天然产物野菊花色素、精油的提取和雪花膏制作的方法流程。该实验将大学有机化学的基础知识、基本实验技能与日常生活相结合,在以学生自主训练为主的开放模式下进行实验教学,增强了学生对植物化妆品的感性认识,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的综合操作能力、应用能力和创新能力。A comprehensive chemistry experiment,the preparation of essential oil vanishing cream from Chrysanthemum indicum L,was designed.The experiment includes the extraction of active ingredients of Chrysanthemum indicum L and the preparation of vanishing cream.This experiment combines the basic knowledge of university organic chemistry,basic laboratory skills with daily life.Based On a open experimental teaching mode with students'autonomous training,students'interests will be stimulated.Meanwhile,students'comprehensive operational ability,application ability and innovative ability will be improved.
