摘　　要：在现代战争中地面雷达发挥着举足轻重的作用,机电液一体化技术因操作简单、适用性强、精确度高等显著优势,在雷达装备中得到广泛应用。为有效推进军士职业技术教育实战化教学改革,根据部队军士人才需求,分析雷达装备机电液课程的教学内容体系、教学方法手段、教员教学能力等方面存在的问题,从内容体系、教学方法、教学平台、教员队伍等方面探讨了改革的具体举措,为军队院校实战化教学改革提供有益的借鉴和参考。In order to effectively promote the practical teaching reform of vocational and technical education for non-commissioned officers,according to the needs of non-commissioned officers in the development of the army,starting from the analysis of the main problems existing in the electro-hydraulic teaching of equipment,the reform is discussed in terms of teaching content system,teaching methods,and teaching platforms.The specific measures provide useful reference for the actual combat teaching reform of non-commissioned officers.
