摘　　要：眼心反射通常发生于眼科手术中, 尤其是眼外肌手术多见, 一般会引起可引起窦性心动过缓、心律不齐、心房压下降、室性心动过速、室颤、室性二联律、头晕、恶心等症状, 严重者会出现心脏骤停, 呼吸停止等。本文就近年来关于眼心反射发生机制的研究及其在眼外肌手术中手术操作及麻醉方式等与眼心反射发生的关系进行综述, 以期对降低眼外肌手术中眼心反射的发生及处理有一定的临床指导意义。Ocular cardiac reflex(OCR)usually occurs in ophthalmic surgery,especially in extraocular muscle(s)surgery.OCR generally can cause sinus bradycardia,arrhythmia,reduced atrial pressure,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation,ventricular doublet,dizziness,nausea and other symptoms.Severe cases will appear cardiac arrest,respiratory arrest,etc.Recent studies on the mechanism of OCR and the relationship between surgical operation and anaesthesia in extraocular muscle surgery and the occurrence of OCR are reviewed in this paper in order to reduce the occurrence of OCR and treatment of OCR in extraocular muscle surgery.
