囊袋张力环在高度近视眼白内障中的应用进展

摘　　要：囊袋张力环可以扩张晶状体囊袋、支撑悬韧带松弛区域、抑制白内障术后残留的晶状体上皮细胞的迁移和增殖, 临床上多应用于悬韧带异常的患者, 可提高人工晶状体位置的稳定性和降低后囊膜混浊的发生率。高度近视眼白内障患者常具有悬韧带松弛、晶状体囊袋直径大等解剖特点, 术后发生人工晶状体倾斜偏心、囊袋收缩和后囊膜混浊的风险高, 近年来很多眼科医师将囊袋张力环应用在高度近视眼白内障患者中。本文综述了囊袋张力环在高度近视眼白内障患者中应用的最新进展。The capsular tension ring(CTR)can stabilize the capsule,support the lax zonules,and inhibit the proliferation and migration of lens epithelial cells.Clinically,CTR is mostly used in patients with zonular weakness,which can improve the stability of intraocular lens(IOL)and reduce the incidence of posterior capsular opacity(PCO).The relatively large capsular bag volume,zonular weakness in cataract patients with high myopia may increase the instability of IOL and PCO.Therefore,many clinicians have implanted CTR in cataract patients with high myopia.In this review,we summarized the application of CTR in cataract patients with high myopia.
