摘  要:目的:比较Acuros XB和AAA两种剂量算法在非小细胞肺癌立体定向放射治疗计划中的差异。方法:研究选取14例肺部非小细胞肺癌病例治疗计划,分别采用Acuros XB、AAA算法进行剂量计算,对比不同剂量算法对患者剂量的影响。结果:在低密度组织中,如靶区D_(max)、D_(mean)及肺V_(5)、D_(mean)参数,Acuros XB算法结果高于AAA算法。实质性器官脊髓D_(mean)、心脏D_(mean)结果,Acuros XB算法低于AAA算法。在胸部双弧计划中Acuros XB算法较AAA算法运算用时缩短约59.5%。结论:对于胸部非小细胞肺癌立体定向计划,建议采用更快、更准的Acuros XB算法。Objective:To compare the differences between acuros XB and AAA dose algorithms in stereotactic radiotherapy planning for thoracic non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The study selected 14 cases of pulmonary non-small cell lung cancer with treatment plans,and used Acuros XB and AAA algorithms for dose calculation,and compared the effects of different dose algorithms on patient dose.Results:In low-density tissue,such as target area D_(max),D_(mean) and lung V_(5),D_(mean) parameters,Acuros XB algorithm results are higher than AAA algorithm.The results of the D_(mean) of the spinal cord and the D_(mean) of the heart of the solid organ,the Acuros XB algorithm is lower than the AAA algorithm.Compared with the AAA algorithm,the calculation time of the Acuros XB algorithm was shortened by about 59.5%in the chest double arc plan.Conclusion:For thoracic non-small cell lung cancer stereotaxic planning,the faster and more accurate Acuros XB algorithm is recommended.
