摘  要:针对永磁同步电机无传感器控制系统的转子位置估计问题,设计了一种基于离散滑模扰动观测器的转子位置估计算法。通过将反电动势视为扰动信号,设计离散滑模扰动观测器,获取反电动势估计值,从而进一步求出位置估计值,并在离散域中对观测器的收敛性进行分析。该方法省去了传统位置估计算法中的低通滤波和相位补偿环节,简化了观测器结构,避免了由相位滞后补偿不准确导致的位置估计误差,且该算法结构简单,易于工程实现。实验结果表明,该算法能够获得平滑的反电动势估计值,精确解算出转子位置估计值,能够应用于低成本永磁同步电机无传感器控制系统。For the rotor position estimation of the sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,a rotor position estimation algorithm based on discrete sliding mode disturbance observer is designed.By considering the back EMF as a disturbance,a discrete sliding mode disturbance observer is designed to obtain the estimation of the back EMF,thereby further obtaining the estimation of the rotor position,and analyze the convergence of the observer in the discrete domain.The method eliminates the low-pass filtering and phase compensation links in the traditional position estimation algorithm,simplifies the structure of the observer,and avoids the position estimation error caused by inaccurate phase lag compensation.The algorithm has a simple structure and is easy to implement in engineering.The experimental results show that the algorithm can obtain a smooth estimated value of back electro-motive force and accurately calculate the estimated value of rotor position,which can be applied to the sensorless control system of low-cost permanent magnet synchronous motor.
