摘 要:选用冷轧钢电缆固定夹,在磷酸盐-钼酸盐体系中进行磷化处理。表征并测试了在不同钼酸钠浓度下所获得磷化膜的宏观形貌、微观形貌和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:钼酸钠浓度对磷化膜的宏观形貌、成分、微观形貌和耐腐蚀性能都有一定影响。随着钼酸钠浓度从0 g/L增加到0.8 g/L,磷化膜表面趋于平整且结晶较致密,Mo元素质量分数升高,其耐腐蚀性能逐步改善,磷化处理后固定夹的生锈时间明显延长。但当钼酸钠浓度达到1.2 g/L,磷化膜表面变粗糙且成膜不均匀,耐腐蚀性能下降,磷化处理后固定夹的生锈时间明显缩短。钼酸钠0.8 g/L形成的磷化膜表面较平整且结构致密,磷化处理后固定夹的耐腐蚀性能最好,可以更好的满足应用要求。The cold-rolled steel cable clamp was treated by phosphating technology in phosphate-mo-lybdate system,and the macro-morphology,micro-morphology and corrosion resistance of the phos-phating films obtained with different concentration of sodium molybdate were characterized and tested.The results showed that the concentration of sodium molybdate has some effect on the macro-morpholo-gy,components,micro-morphology and corrosion resistance of the phosphating films.With the in-crease of concentration of sodium molybdate from 0 g/L to 0.8 g/L,the mass fraction of Mo element was increased,the phosphating film tends to be flat and the crystallization was compact,the corrosion resistance was gradually improved and the rusting time of the fixator after phosphating treatment was obviously prolonged.However,when the concentration of sodium molybdate reached to 1.2 g/L,the phosphating film becomes rough and ununiform,the corrosion resistance was decreased and the rusting time of the fixator after phosphating treatment was shortened obviously.The phosphating film obtained with 0.8 g/L sodium molybdate was smooth and compact,so that the fixator after phosphating treatment exhibited the best corrosion resistance,which can better meet the application requirements.
