摘　　要：为探讨大学生情绪智力、心理健康和主观幸福感之间的关系,对300名来自巴基斯坦不同大学的学生进行情绪智力量表、主观幸福感量表和沃里克爱丁堡心理健康量表的测试。研究结果显示,情绪智力是大学生主观幸福感和心理健康的显著指标;自我情绪的清晰度和调节能力以及在个体层面上对他人情绪的理解能力,是解释和描述主观幸福感的重要因素。因此,提高情绪智力的理解能力,建设能够提高学生有效解决问题的积极基础项目,有助于提升大学生的心理健康水平和主观幸福感。The present study explored the relationship between emotional intelligence,subjective wellbeing,and happiness among university students.An emotional intelligence scale(Wong and Law(24),the Subjective Happiness Scale by Lyubomirsky and Lepper(25),and the Short Warwick Edinburg Mental Wellbeing Scale(26)were administered to 300 hundred students from different universities in Pakistan.The findings of the study revealed that emotional intelligence is a prominent indicator of happiness and subjective wellbeing among university students.We also found that the clarity and the regulation of one's own emotions,and understanding other people's emotions at the individual level,are important factors for explaining and describing the happiness.The research indicated that in order to improve the quality of higher education,emotional intelligence understanding should be emphasized,as well as programs that can improve the positive foundations in students for effectively solving their problems.
