电影制作管理在家具设计项目中的运行机制研究

摘　　要：中国家具制造业已由追求高速增长迈向注重质量发展的转型升级新阶段,家具设计作为产业链前端的核心步骤,将其进行系统化、规范化管理至关重要。通过分析家具设计行业发展现状,总结了我国家具设计项目流程管理系统中存在的问题;对比分析了两种主要电影制作模式,得出家具设计项目研发与电影制作的“制片人中心制”在工作模式、工作内容、人员构成、流程管理结构等方面有高度关联性。对以制片人为核心的影片制作模式进行借鉴,提出“产品经理中心制”家具设计项目流程管理模式,并从动力机制、资源供给机制、合作协调机制和监督评价机制四方面构建了其运行机制。通过将电影和家具的跨领域融合,为家具设计项目流程管理的标准化、体系化发展开拓了新思路。China’s furniture manufacturing industry has shifted from the pursuit of high-speed growth to a new stage of transformation and upgrading, which focuses more on quality development. Furniture design is the core step at the front end of the industrial chain, and it is crucial to carry out systematic and standardized management. According to the development status of furniture design industry, the problems in Chinese furniture design project process management system are analyzed in this paper. It is found that the "producer center system" of furniture design project is highly related to the working mode, the working content, the personnel composition and the process management structure. This paper draws inspiration from the producer-centered film production mode, puts forward the “product manager center system” furniture design project process management mode, and constructs the operation mechanism from the aspects of momentum mechanism, resource supply mechanism, cooperation and coordination mechanism, and supervision and evaluation mechanism. Through the cross-field integration of film and furniture, it expands new ideas for the standardized and systematic development of furniture design project process management.
