七隈线空间触点的包容性设计策略研究及启示

摘　　要：在国家大力发展轨道交通和面临人口老龄化的背景下,对“人本设计之线”的日本福冈地铁七隈线进行深入分析,总结设计策略为优化我国地铁空间提供依据和抓手。基于用户能力—产品需求理论,采用包容性设计的方法,通过地铁旅程地图将地铁搭乘空间触点按用户能力三维度进行分类,结合实地体验记录、案头研究提炼各触点提升包容性的设计应用策略。总结提升地铁包容性设计的三原则和提出包容性设计完善框架,从感知、认知、行动触点三个设计维度,提出15个方面、63个完善要点,并展示6个包含具体尺寸和数据要求的设计示例。In the context of the country’s vigorous development of rail transit and facing the aging population, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the "Humanistic Design Line" of Nanakuma Line of Fukuoka Metro, and summarizes the design strategy to provide the basis and method for the optimization of subway space in China. Based on the user capability and product demord theory, the inclusive design method is adopted to classify the subway space touch points from three dimensions of user capability,and field experience record and desk research are also applied to refine the design strategy. This paper summarizes the three principles of improving the inclusive design of subway and puts forward the improvement framework of inclusive design, which contains three dimensions of perception, cognition and mobility contact points, 15 aspects and 65 improvement points, and 6 design examples containing specific dimensions and data requirements.
