摘　　要：由于受地势错综复杂因素影响,遭受自然灾害的山地村镇在重建时存在更大的挑战。本文从加快山地村镇住宅灾后重建速度的角度出发,提出盒子装配式住宅重建方案以加快灾后重建的速度,强调建筑师在住宅方案及实施中的主导地位,运用多目标优化的方法开展方案与实施途径的优化,充分发挥盒子装配式住宅快速重建的优势。具体内容包括:面向灾后重建搭建山地住宅设计多目标平台,开发模块生成工具推进方案生成,构建住宅设计案例库并开展检索优化研究,研究项目实施过程中的生成途径,分析并优化项目全过程管理途径、项目全过程测评及住户入户评价。本文的研究成果,能够为盒子装配式住宅在山地村镇灾后重建项目中的应用提供实践参考与经验借鉴。Affected by complex terrain factors, mountain villages suffering from natural disasters are encountered by greater challenges of reconstruction. From the perspective of accelerating the post-disaster reconstruction of residential buildings in mountain villages, this paper proposes a box-fabricated housing reconstruction scheme to speed up the post-disaster reconstruction, emphasizes the dominant position of architects in residential schemes and implementation, and uses the method of multi-objective optimization to carry out the scheme and optimize the implementation, so as to give full play to the advantages of the rapid reconstruction of box-fabricated houses. The specific contents include:designing a multi-objective platform of post-disaster reconstruction for mountain villages, developing module generation tools to promote scheme generation, building a housing design case library and conducting search and optimization research, researching the generation methods in the process of project implementation, analyzing and optimizing the whole process management approach, whole-process evaluation of the project and resident evaluation. The research results of this paper can provide practical and experience reference for the application of box-fabricated houses in post-disaster reconstruction projects of mountain villages.
