组织资本、环境不确定性与企业创新绩效——基于企业与地区异质性的视角

摘　　要：基于2012—2019年我国A股上市企业,研究组织资本对创新绩效的关系,检验环境不确定性对二者关系的调节效应,进一步考虑企业与地区因素,检验上述关系是否存在差异性。研究结果表明:上市企业的组织资本能够显著促进创新绩效,且环境不确定性正向调节组织资本与创新绩效的关系;进一步研究结果发现:大型企业的组织资本能够显著提升创新绩效,而在中小型企业中难以实现;位于中东部地区企业的组织资本对创新绩效的正向影响程度强于西部地区企业,且西部地区非国有企业的组织资本需借助环境不确定性的调节效应共同提升企业创新绩效。以上结论为新时代发展格局下我国企业应积极适应动态环境,以创新驱动发展,加强国有企业与非国有企业的要素流通提供有力证据。This thesis investigates the relationship between organizational capital and innovation performance and tests the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty on the relationship between the two based on China􀆳s A⁃share listed enterprises from 2012 to 2019.On this basis,We further consider firm and region factors to test whether there is variability in the above relationship.The results of the study show that organizational capital of listed firms can significantly contribute to innovation performance,and environmental uncertainty positively moderates the relationship between organizational capital and innovation performance.Further findings show that organizational capital of large enterprises can significantly enhance innovation performance,but it is difficult to achieve in small and medium⁃sized enterprises;organizational capital of enterprises located in the central and eastern regions has a stronger positive impact on innovation performance than that of enterprises in the western regions,and organizational capital of non⁃state enterprises in the western regions needs to enhance the innovation performance of enterprises together with the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty.The above findings can provide strong evidence that Chinese enterprises should actively adapt to the dynamic environment in the new era development pattern,drive development by innovation,and strengthen the factor circulation between state⁃owned enterprises and non⁃state⁃owned enterprises.
