腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术治疗子宫肌瘤对预防复发的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术治疗子宫肌瘤对预防复发的临床效果。方法选取60例子宫肌瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。试验组采取腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术联合子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗,对照组采取腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、出血量及住院时间。术后随访2年,观察两组患者复发率、月经量过多缓解率。结果试验组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组复发率6.67%明显低于对照组的26.67%,月经量过多缓解率96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术治疗子宫肌瘤可以缩短手术时间,有效减少术中出血量,降低复发率,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion in the treatment of uterine fi broids in preventing recurrence.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion combined with hysteromyoma stripping,while the control group was treated with laparoscopic hysteromyoma stripping.The operation time,blood loss and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.The recurrence rate and the remission rate of menorrhagia were observed after 2 years of follow-up.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 6.67%signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(26.67%),and the remission rate of menorrhagia was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion in the treatment of uterine fi broids can shorten the operation time,eff ectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the recurrence rate,and has clinical application value.
