谷红注射液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察谷红注射液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年5月-2021年6月徐州医科大学附属医院泗洪分院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者50例为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组予以丁苯酞氯化钠注射液,观察组在对照组基础上予以谷红注射液。2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前及治疗2周后全血黏度、血浆黏度及血细胞比容,血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)与基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平,侧支循环建立率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的52.00%(χ^(2)=4.367,P=0.037)。治疗2周后,2组全血黏度、观察组血浆黏度及血细胞比容低于治疗前,且观察组各指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,2组血清NSE、MMP-9水平低于治疗前,且观察组血清MMP-9水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组侧支循环建立率为84.00%,高于对照组的56.00%(χ^(2)=4.667,P=0.031)。结论 谷红注射液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度和血液流变学,提高侧支循环建立率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guhong injection combined with butylphthalide injection in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected from May 2019 to June 2021 in Sihong Branch,Xuzhou Medical University Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given butylphthalide sodium chloride injection,and the observation group was given Guhong injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit,serum levels of neuron specific enolase(NSE) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) before and after 2 weeks of treatment,and collateral circulation establishment rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.00%,which was higher than 52.00%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.367,P=0.037).After 2 weeks of treatment,the whole blood viscosity of the two groups,plasma viscosity and hematocrit of the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum NSE and MMP-9 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum MMP-9level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The establishment rate of collateral circulation in the observation group was 84.00%,which was higher than 56.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.667,P=0.031).Conclusion Guhong injection combined with butylphthalide injection have an exact clinical effect for acute ischemic stroke,which can effectively improve the degree of neurological deficit and hemorheology,and increase the establishment rate of collateral circulation.
