摘 要:为了改善带钢表面粗糙度不均匀所引起的表面性能不良,采用双机架平整机进行了湿平整工艺试验,研究了平整毛化辊表面形貌及其遗传规律对带钢表面形貌的影响;改变了对毛化辊及平整后带钢表面形貌的测试方法,以R_(sk)及不同C值的R_(pc)为测试指标来评价平整毛化辊及平整后带钢表面形貌。结果表明:通过调整平整毛化辊的表面形貌,可以改变带钢对平整辊形貌的复制遗传规律,从而改善平整后带钢的表面形貌,其效果较调整其他平整工艺参数更为直接有效。通过减少平整毛化辊表面3×R_(a)的R_(pc),平整后带钢的R_(sk)趋近于0,提高了R_(pc)(C=0.25μm)个数,平整后带钢表面的粗糙度更加均匀。因此,采用R_(sk)和不同C值的R_(pc)来评价平整毛化辊及平整后带钢的表面形貌,较采用粗糙度R_(a)值的评价方式,可以较好地评价粗糙度的均匀性。In order to improve the poor surface properties caused by surface roughness nonuniformity of strip,a wet temper rolling process test was carried out with a two-stand temper mill,and the influence of surface profile and genetic law of textured roll on surface profile of strip was studied.The test method of surface profile of textured roll and strip after temper rolling was changed.R_(sk) and R_(pc) with different C values were used as test indexes to evaluate surface profile of textured roll and strip after temper rolling.The results show than the genetic law of the strip to the textured roll morphology can be changed by adjusting the surface profile of the textured roll.Thus,the surface profile of the strip after temper rolling is improved,and the effect is more direct and effective than adjusting other temper rolling process parameters.By reducing the R_(pc) of 3×R_(a) on the surface of the textured roll,the R_(sk) of the strip after temper rolling is close to 0,R_(pc)(C=0.25μm)is increased,and the surface roughness of the strip after temper rolling is more uniform.Therefore,using R_(sk) and R_(pc) with different C values to evaluate the surface profile of the textured roll and the strip after temper rolling can better evaluate the roughness uniformity than using R_(a).
