摘  要:针对煤矿提升机在不同工作状态下的变频调速,提出了基于PLC的模糊PID控制系统方案。根据提升机的基本控制原理,利用S7-1500 PLC和ACS 6000变频器设计了一种交-直-交变频控制系统。在不同升降作业和负载特性等条件下,通过PID调节电动机转矩,使用模糊算法优化变频器开关器件的开关状态,再由直接转矩控制提高提升机电动机的转矩响应。提升机模糊PID控制系统在应用过程中可实现电动机的四象限平稳运行,有助于改善能耗问题,并提高提升机的运行效率。Aiming at the frequency conversion control(FCC)of coal mine hoist under different working conditions,the fuzzy PID control system based on PLC is proposed.According to the basic principle,an AC-DC-AC FCC system is designed with S7-1500 PLC and ACS 6000.Under the conditions of different lifting operations and load characteristics,the motor torque is adjusted by PID,and the switching state of the switching power electronics of the converter is optimized by fuzzy algorithm,and then the torque response of the hoist motor is improved by direct torque control.The fuzzy PID control system of the hoist can realize the four-quadrant smooth operation of the motor,which helps to improve energy consumption problem and operating efficiency.
