摘 要:浓缩池溢流水浓度能否得到精确测量直接关系到洗选产品的稳定性。由于浓缩池入料密度的性质不同,故浓缩池中悬浮物的浓度一直处于变化状态,因此精确测量难度较大,尤其是非接触式测量法。提出一种基于膜盒拉压传感器的浓缩池悬浮物浓度的实时电子检测装置,通过改变密度探测物清水试验对传感器进行线性标定,通过现场传感器密度测试以及同步取样密度测试的对比分析验证了传感器的精度,通过MATLAB软件进行可视化对比分析,证明了本实时检测系统的准确性和可行性,提供了精确有效的溢流水浓度检测方案。Whether the concentration of overflow water can be accurately measured is directly related to the stability of washing products.Due to the different characteristics of feed density in the concentration pool,the concentration of suspended solids in the concentration pool is always in a changing state,so it is difficult to accurately measure,especially especially by non-contact method.A real-time detection device for suspended solids concentration in a concentration pool based on a membrane-box tension and pressure sensor is proposed.The linear calibration of sensor was carried out by adopting different density detection in water.The method of combining sensor density test and synchronous sampling density test proves the accuracy of the sensor.The visualization analysis by the MATLAB software is adopted to prove the feasibility and the accuracy of the real-time detection system.An accurate and effective method to detect the overflow water concentration is provided.
