罗匹尼罗治疗帕金森病的临床效果与安全性

摘　　要：目的观察罗匹尼罗治疗帕金森病的临床效果与安全性。方法选取2019年3月—2020年8月南平市第二医院收治的帕金森病患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组予盐酸普拉克索缓释片治疗,观察组予盐酸罗匹尼罗片治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRS)评分、诺丁汉健康量表(NHP)评分变化及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022);治疗3个月后,2组UPDRS评分与NHP评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组不良反应总发生率为20.00%,低于对照组的45.71%(χ^(2)=5.245,P=0.022)。结论罗匹尼罗治疗帕金森病的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者UPDRS评分与NHP评分表现,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of ropinirole in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease.Methods 70 patients with Parkinson′s disease treated in Nanping Second Hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pramipexole hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with ropinirole hydrochloride tablets.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The treatment effects,the changes of unified Parkinson′s disease rating scale(UPDRS)score,Nottingham health scale(NHP)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 74.29%of the control group(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022).After 3 months of treatment,the UPDRS score and NHP score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 20.00%,lower than 45.71%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.245,P=0.022).Conclusion Ropinirol has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease,which can effectively improve the UPDRS score and NHP score of patients,and has a high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
