乡村振兴背景下少数民族地区网络文化产业的培育路径——基于内蒙古地区网络文艺的实践研究

摘　　要：少数民族地区网络文艺的推介为乡村振兴发展注入了推动力。无论在网络文艺的产业体系上,还是在其民族特色影响力、全媒体传播格局的扩大上,都有所增益。目前,少数民族地区网络文化产业面临着网络文化企业缺乏市场竞争力、地域发展不平衡、产业结构不合理、文化基础设施不完备等困境。根据目前内蒙古网络文艺存在的问题及不同阶段的现实需求,提出乡村振兴背景下民间文化与网络文艺的创新性融合、推动传统文化产业转型、加大对高层次文化产业人才的激励和培养力度等网络文化产业培育路径,以引领其向前发展。The promotion of online literature and art in ethnic minority areas has injected new life into rural revitalization and development.This paper tries to examine the current situation,problems,and promotion strategies of the network culture industry in Inner Mongolia.The purposes of the analysis in this paper are:1)paying attention to the cultivation and construction of a development path of Inner Mongolia s network culture industry,2)practically expanding the benign development of the network culture industry,and 3)reversely promoting the continuous innovation and progress of Inner Mongolia s network literature and art.In the process of perfecting a cultivation path,it can be beneficial both in the production and creation of Internet literature and art,and in the influence of the cultural industry or the expansion of the audience,this research states.It can be seen that under the sweep of the“Internet+”wave,the literary and artistic consumption market has expanded,the consumption mode has been transformed and upgraded,the traditional cultural industry has been transformed into an Internet cultural industry,the network cultural industry in Inner Mongolia has begun to take shape,and the all-media communication pattern tends to take shape.From the aspects of Inner Mongolian network literature writers,composers,literature and art writers,and other related practitioners or researchers,this paper summarizes the changes in their attitudes towards creation and research and the characteristics of creation when faced with the medium of the Internet,and explores the reaction force of the emergence and prevalence of network literature and art to their production and creation.Internet literature and art is an emerging Internet cultural industry.When its convenience,anonymity,and directness enrich and facilitate the Internet culture in Inner Mongolia,it also brings a certain impact to the traditional cultural industry and brings many pain points.Research finds that Inner Mongolia s network literature and art show problems s
