宫颈细胞学检查结合阴道镜检查在宫颈癌筛查中的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈细胞学检查[液基薄层细胞检测(TCT)]结合阴道镜检查在宫颈癌筛查中的诊断价值。方法选取于本院接受宫颈癌筛查的患者100例为研究对象,以病理学检查为金标准,探讨TCT联合阴道镜检查在疾病筛查中的价值。结果TCT结合阴道镜检查的阳性检出率为94.59%,高于单一TCT检查的70.27%及单一阴道镜检查的75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在疾病分型检出方面,TCT结合阴道镜检查与病理检查的检出率及诊断符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在宫颈癌及癌前病变的早期筛查中,TCT联合阴道镜检查可从细胞学分析、宫颈影像学检查两方面为医师提供诊断资料,帮助其提高临床诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of cervical cytology[Thinprep cytologic test(TCT)]combined with colposcopy in cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 100 patients who received cervical cancer screening in our hospital were selected as the research objects.With pathological examination as the gold standard,the value of TCT combined with colposcopy in disease screening was discussed.Results The positive detection rate of TCT combined with colposcopy was 94.59%,which was higher than 70.27% of single TCT and 75.68% of single colposcopy,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the detection rate and diagnostic coincidence rate between TCT combined with colposcopy and pathological examination(P>0.05).Conclusion In the early screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,TCT combined with colposcopy can provide diagnostic data from cytological analysis and cervical imaging examination for physicians,and help them improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
