摘　　要：将医疗卫生服务主体的多元性、客体的复杂性、因素的多样性、作用的交互性、关系的交叉性、目标的困难性,以及“反馈回路”的互嵌性充分融合,进而形成了基于供需双方适合度的医疗服务系统复杂性要素、综合保障系统、地理和环境因素、组织和个人因素、经济和社会因素、技术和生物因素以及健康与幸福概念之间作用与反作用的动态关系。这些动态关系是复杂性在医疗服务中的具体体现,它要求可及性的分析框架建构必须基于内部要素组合与外部环境间的动态关系评价,并与地方的经济、社会与文化背景相适应。By integrating the diversity of healthcare subjects,complexity of objects,diversity of factors,interaction of functions,intersections of relationships,difficulty of goals,and interbedding of"feedback loops",dynamic relationships are established based on the supply and demand for medical services system complexity factors,integrated security system,geographical and environmental factors,organizational and personal factors,economic and social factors,technical factors and biological concept,action and reaction between health and happiness.These dynamic relationships are the concrete embodiment of complexity in medical services.It requires the analytical framework of accessibility to be constructed on the evaluation of the dynamic relationship between the combination of internal elements and the external environment,and adapt to local economic,social and cultural background.
