摘 要:为了解高校心理健康工作满意度现状及影响因素,建立一个心理健康工作满意度评价工具,采用研发的《高校心理健康工作满意度调查问卷》对广东省15所高校1856名大学生进行调查分析。结果显示,调查对象对本校心理健康工作的满意度得分为84.21分,总体较好;在心理健康课程教学、宣传普及、心理咨询服务、危机干预与管理4个维度中得分最高的是心理咨询服务,不同性别、学校、专业类别等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示,影响满意度最显著的是心理健康课程教学,其次是心理咨询服务。本问卷为评价高校心理健康工作满意度的一个实操工具,能较好反映高校心理健康工作满意度的差异及其水平。In order to understand the current situation and influencing factors of satisfaction of mental health work in colleges,and to establish a satisfaction evaluation tool of mental health work,a total of 1856 college students from 15 colleges in Guang dong province were investigated and analyzed by the"Satisfaction Questionnaire of College Mental Health Work".The results showed that the satisfaction score of mental health work was 84.21,which was generally good.In the four dimensions of curriculum teaching of mental health work,knowledge popularization,psychological counseling service,crisis intervention and management,the highest score was psychological counseling service,and differences among genders,schools,and professional categories had statistical significance(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that curriculum teaching of mental health work had the most significant impact on satisfaction,followed by consulting services.This questionnaire is a practical tool to evaluate the satisfaction of mental health work in colleges,which can reflect the differences and levels of satisfaction of mental health work in colleges.
