民营企业党建与劳动生产率——一个政治经济分析

摘　　要：改革开放四十多年来,民营经济成为助力国民经济高质量发展、推动共同富裕的重要力量。本文基于马克思主义政治经济学和中国特色社会主义政治经济学基本原理,分析了社会主义市场经济条件下为什么要加强民营企业基层党建、企业基层党建为什么能够促进民营企业发展等问题,并基于马克思主义劳动价值论构建了企业劳动生产率经济指标,采用2002—2016年中国私营企业调查数据(CPES)实证研究了民营企业基层党建对其劳动生产率的影响。研究发现,在民营企业中设立党组织可以显著提升企业的劳动生产率。进一步检验发现,设立党组织和工会会显著提升劳均工资,可以提高劳动者的激励程度和劳动努力程度来提高劳动生产率。Since the reform and opening up policy from 1978,private economy has been an important force in promoting China’s high-quality economic development and common prosperity.Based on the perspective of Marxism political economy and the socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,this paper analyzes why it is necessary to promote Party organization of private enterprises under the socialist market economy,and why Party organization can promote the development of private enterprises.This paper constructs an economic index to measure the labor productivity of private enterprises on the basis of Marxist labor theory of value,and makes an empirical analysis using the Chinese Private Enterprises Survey(CPES)from 2002 to 2016.It is found that the establishment of Party organizations in private enterprises can significantly improve the labor productivity of enterprises.Further test shows that the establishment of Party organizations and trade unions will significantly increase the average wage,and improve labor productivity by increasing the incentive degree and the labor effort degree of workers.
