摘  要:该文研究红曲橙色素与红曲黄色素的定量分析方法。通过分光光度法、高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)法和柱层析法,筛选红曲橙色素和红曲黄色素的提取溶剂。结果表明,石油醚∶乙酸乙酯(体积比2∶1)与石油醚∶二氯甲烷(体积比2∶1)明显提高红曲橙色素与红曲黄色素的提取率。该文建立高效液相色谱法快速定量红曲橙色素与红曲黄色素的分析方法,在10μg/mL~500μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.997)。This study aims to improve the quantitative analysis of Monascus orange pigments and Monascus yellow pigments.The extraction solvents of Monascus orange pigments and Monascus yellow pigments were screened by spectrophotometry,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and column chromatography.The results showed that mixture of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate(volume ratio=2∶1)and mixture of petroleum ether and dichloromethane(volume ratio=2∶1)significantly improved the extraction rate of Monascus orange pigments and Monascus yellow pigments.A rapid and accurate HPLC method was established,and the pigments showed good linear relationship in the range of 10μg/mL-500μg/mL(R^(2)>0.997).
