摘　　要：恶性胸水是肺癌晚期患者最常见的并发症之一,西医治疗存在一定局限性,中医药因其独特优势,祛邪而不伤正,在消除胸水的同时又能减少胸穿不良反应的发生。徐力教授认为肺癌胸水之病机关键为痰饮内聚,治疗首要为泻肺利水,其次强调培土制水及疏肝理气。然而肺癌胸水总的病机为本虚标实,因此治疗过程中勿忘补虚培元,抗癌解毒勿能伤正。作者通过分享徐力教授治疗肺癌胸水之临床经验,从而为肺癌胸水的临床诊疗提供临床思路。Malignant pleural effusion is one of the most common complications of patients with advanced lung cancer.Western medicine treatment has certain limitations.Traditional Chinese medicine,because of its unique advantages,can eliminate the evil without damaging the right,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of chest piercing while eliminating pleural effusion.Professor Xu Li believes that the pathogenesis of lung cancer pleural effusion is the cohesion of phlegm and fluid,and the treatment is mainly to purge the lung and promote water,followed by cultivating soil to make water and soothing the liver and regulating qi.However,the general pathogenesis of lung cancer pleural effusion is based on deficiency and marked by excess.Therefore,during the treatment process,do not forget to replenish the deficiency and cultivate the vitality,and do not harm the health by anti-cancer and detoxification.This article shares Professor Xu Li’s clinical experience in the treatment of lung cancer pleural effusion,so as to provide clinical ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer pleural effusion.
