隐丹参酮抗消化道肿瘤活性及其逆转多药耐药研究进展

摘　　要：隐丹参酮(Cryptotanshinone,CPT)是一种从中药丹参中提取的活性成分,有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤等功效。近年来隐丹参酮在防治消化道肿瘤的各种体内外研究均显示:隐丹参酮在发挥抗肿瘤作用的同时,还有逆转化疗药物耐药性和增效抗肿瘤药物的作用。在体内外模型的研究中发现,隐丹参酮在肿瘤细胞中通过调节信号通路、影响蛋白表达、抑制细胞增殖等方面发挥其抗肿瘤活性,尤其对消化道肿瘤显示出了较好的肿瘤抑制率。同时CPT可影响肿瘤相关的增殖、生长、迁移、凋亡进程,逆转肿瘤多药耐药,联合用药还可提高肿瘤细胞对化疗药物敏感性,增强化疗效果。该文通过对隐丹参酮在常见的消化道肿瘤中的抗肿瘤活性与逆转多药耐药进行综述,为其在临床应用中提供参考。cryptotanshinone(CPT),an active ingredient extracted from Danshen,a traditional Chinese medicine,has antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antitumor and other efficacy.In recent years,various in vitro and in vivo studies of Cryptotanshinone in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors have shown:cryptotanshinone,while exerting antitumor effects,also has the effects of reversing chemotherapeutic drug resistance and enhancing antitumor drugs.In the study of in vitro and in vivo models,cryptotanshinone was found to exert its anti-tumor activity in tumor cells by regulating signaling pathways,affecting protein expression,and inhibiting cell proliferation,especially showing a relatively good tumor inhibition rate on digestive tumors.At the same time,CPT can affect the progress of tumor related proliferation,growth,migration and apoptosis,reverse the multidrug resistance of tumors,and the combination drug can also improve the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs and enhance the effect of chemotherapy.This article provides a reference for clinical application by reviewing the antitumor activity and reversing multi-drug resistance of Cryptotanshinone in common digestive tract tumors.
