摘 要:甘露醇是一种重要的医药、食品原料和助剂,在传统的工业化生产中,结晶甘露醇主要是采用重结晶工艺来实现。该工艺路线较为复杂、能耗高,还存在杂醇不易外排、结晶收率低等缺陷。模拟移动床色谱分离技术是一种可规模化生产的连续色谱分离技术,能较好地克服上述问题。该文采用3组分模拟移动床色谱分离技术对甘露醇的分离效率和分离产物的质量进行了研究;通过对色谱用树脂的选型、分离参数优化,提高了结晶过程中的物料纯度,达到了缩短结晶工艺路线、改善产品质量、提高甘露醇结晶收率的目的。该技术具有分离工艺路线简捷高效、设备运行成本低和工艺自动化程度高等特点,为工业化制备高纯度甘露醇结晶产品开辟了一条新的工艺路线。Mannitol is an important pharmaceutical,food raw materials and additives.In the traditional industrial production,the crystallization of mannitol is mainly achieved by recrystallization process.The process route is relatively complex,with high energy consumption,difficulty in discharging fusel and low crystallization yield.Simulated moving bed chromatographic separation technology is a continuous chromatographic separation technology that can be produced on a large scale,and can better overcome the above problems.In this study,the separation efficiency of mannitol and the quality of the separated product by triple component simulated moving bed chromatography were studied.Through the research on the selection of chromatographic resin and the optimization of separation parameters,the purity of materials in the crystallization process was improved,and the purpose of shortening the crystallization process,improving the product quality and increasing the mannitol crystallization yield was achieved.The technology in this study was simple and efficient.While the separation process was shortened with low equipment operation cost and high process automation,which opens up a new process route for industrial preparation of high-purity mannitol crystal products.
