摘 要:本研究在分析国内外教师数字能力标准框架的基础上,结合国际中文教学的特点,构建了国际中文教师数字能力模型。借鉴已有标准框架,初步构建国际中文教师数字能力框架;采用德尔菲法对13位专家进行三轮匿名咨询,根据咨询结果对框架进行修订和验证,确定国际中文教师数字能力模型的指标及描述;采用层次分析法确定模型各级指标的权重。最终构建的国际中文教师数字能力模型包括数字意识、数字知识、数字技术能力、数字教学能力、数字研究能力、数字教学创新能力等6个一级指标和27个二级指标。该模型可为国际中文教师标准制订提供借鉴和参考,并为国际中文教师数字能力培养和提升提供依据。Based on the analysis of the standard framework of the digital ability of teachers at home and abroad,the article constructed a digital competence model of international Chinese teachers combining the characteristics of international Chinese teaching.Referring to the existing standard framework,the article initially built up the international Chinese teacher digital competence framework;it adopted the Delphi method to consult with 13 experts anonymously,revised and verified the framework according to the consultation results,so as to determine the indicators and description of the digital competence model of international Chinese teachers;it adopted hierarchical analysis to determine the weights of all levels of the model indicators.The final constructed digital competence model of international Chinese teachers includes 6 first-level indicators(digital consciousness,digital knowledge,digital technology ability,digital teaching ability,digital research ability and digital teaching innovation ability)and 27 secondary indicators.This model can provide reference for the formulation of international Chinese teacher standards,and provide a basis for the cultivation and improvement of the digital ability of international Chinese teachers.
