摘　　要：针对课程思政视域下电力通信专业新员工培训中的问题,挖掘典型思政元素,探索思政元素融入电力通信专业新员工培训的实践路径,并构建对应的保障机制,以实现电力通信专业思政内容标准化、思政资源共享化和思政培训教学规范化。In allusion to the problems in training new employees of power communication specialty from the perspective of curriculum ideological and political education,typical ideological and political elements are mined,the practical paths of integrating ideological and political elements into the training of new employees of power communication specialty are explored,and the corresponding guarantee mechanism is constructed,so as to realize the standardization of ideological and political content,the sharing of ideological and political resources and the standardization of ideological and political training teaching for power communication specialty.
