农村老年人孤独感对抑郁的影响:自我认同感的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:分析农村老年人抑郁状况与孤独感、自我认同感的关系及作用机制。方法:采用孤独量表、简版老年抑郁量表、自我认同感量表,对河北省新乐市和辽宁省辽阳市的517名农村老年人进行问卷调查。结果:农村老年人的抑郁状况在有无配偶(t=6.74,P<0.001)、不同年龄水平(F=16.24,P<0.001)、生活自理程度(F=24.24,P<0.001)、文化程度(F=20.16,P<0.001)、居住状况(F=13.77,P<0.001)、月收入水平(F=12.27,P<0.001)上差异显著;孤独感对农村老年人的抑郁具有正向预测作用(β=0.61,P<0.001),自我认同感对农村老年人的抑郁具有负向预测作用(β=-0.27,P<0.001);自我认同感在孤独感和农村老年人抑郁之间起部分中介作用,间接效应占总效应的29.70%。结论:孤独感不仅直接影响农村老年人的抑郁状况,还通过自我认同间接影响其抑郁状况,对农村老年人抑郁的干预,可从减少其孤独感、提升其自我认同感入手。Objective:To explore the relationship among rural elderly people’s loneliness,self-identity and depression,and the mediating role of self-identity.Methods:Loneliness scale,short form Chinese geriatric depression scale,and a sense of personal identity scale were applied to 517 rural elderly people.Results:The rural elderly people’s depression varied significantly with or without a spouse(t=6.74,P<0.001),their age(F=16.24,P<0.001),level of self-care(F=24.24,P<0.001),education attainment(F=20.16,P<0.001),who to live with(F=13.77,P<0.001)and monthly income(F=12.27,P<0.001);The rural elderly people’s loneliness was significantly positively associated with their depression(β=0.61,P<0.001),the rural elderly people’s self-identity was significantly negatively associated with their depression(β=-0.27,P<0.001);The rural elderly people’s self-identity partly mediated between their loneliness and depression,and indirect effect accounted for 29.70%of the total effect.Conclusion:Loneliness can not only directly affect the depression of rural elderly people,but also indirectly affect the depression of rural elderly people through their self-identity.By reducing the loneliness and enhancing the self-identity of rural elderly people,their depression can be alleviated and intervened.
