摘  要:为进一步提高制造类专业的人才培养质量,校企双主体在互信、协同、创新、共赢的“共同体发展”理念指导下,创新构建了基于现代学徒制的“六维”人才培养体系,形成了“利益契合、长效健康”的合作机制、“标准融通、工学交替、能力递进”的人才培养模式、“三平台、九模块”专业课程体系、“全过程”多元评价体系、“传统+现代”的育人文化等理论与实践成果,解决了课程体系职业性和实践性不足、专任教师双师素质不高、兼职教师参与教学不够、学生学业评价不科学等问题,有效提升了学生(徒)的职业能力。In order to further improve the quality of talent training for manufacturing majors,Changjiang Institute of Technology and Hongzhun Precision Mold(Kunshan)Co.,Ltd,a community for development,with mutual trust,collaboration,innovation and win-win cooperation as the guiding principle,have constructed a six-dimension talent training system based on Modern Apprenticeship,and formed a long-term mechanism of mutual interest.Thus,the talent training mode featuring standards integration,work-study combination and abilities improvement is built,curriculum system of manufacturing speciality with three platforms and nine modules and whole-process multi-evaluation system is constructed,the education culture with traditional and modern characteristics is formed.Such problems as the lack of professional training and practice in curriculum system,low level of double-qualification of full-time teachers,insufficient teaching practice of part-time teachers,unreasonable evaluation of students’academic performance are resolved.Students’professional abilities are effectively improved.
