摘 要:为探究外来植物禾叶慈姑(Sagittaria gramine)对浮游生物的影响,以常见的3种浮游动物尾草履虫(Paramecium caudatum)、多核草履虫(Paramecium polycaryum)、阔口游仆虫(Euplotes eurystomus)和1种浮游植物普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)为试验材料,研究禾叶慈姑的根系分泌物对4种浮游生物的增殖速度、种群密度、丙二醛含量、抗氧化酶活性及对浮游植物叶绿素a含量的影响。结果表明:禾叶慈姑根系分泌物对尾草履虫、多核草履虫、普通小球藻的增殖表现为抑制作用。尾草履虫的代数、平均个数及种群密度分别从8.00代,2.42个,1069.40ind·mL^(-1)降低到2.60代,1.12个,265.20ind·mL^(-1)。多核草履虫的代数、平均个数及种群密度分别从7.67代,2.38个,1186.20ind·mL^(-1)降低到3.25代,1.12个,509.20ind·mL^(-1)。普通小球藻的种群密度从862ind·mL^(-1)降低到536ind·mL^(-1)。禾叶慈姑根系分泌物对阔口游仆虫表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制,低浓度下,阔口游仆虫的代数、平均个数及种群密度分别从10.33代,3.57个,1133.80ind·mL^(-1)升高到14.67代,5.19个,1249.00ind·mL^(-1);高浓度下,阔口游仆虫的代数、平均个数及种群密度分别从10.33代,3.57个,1133.80ind·mL^(-1)降低到8.14代,2.90个,5.19ind·mL^(-1)。禾叶慈姑的根系分泌物导致4种浮游生物的丙二醛含量增加10%~50%,但不同浮游生物的抗氧化酶活性对其根系分泌物的响应存在差异。上述结果表明禾叶慈姑根系分泌物可以显著影响当地浮游生物的生长繁殖状况,说明外来植物禾叶慈姑可能对水生生态系统产生不利的影响。In order to explore the influence of exotic plant Sagittaria gramine on plankton,three species of zooplankton,Paramecium caudatum,Paramecium polycaryum,Euplotes eurystomus and one of phytoplankton Chlorella vulgaris were selected as experimental materials.The effects of root exudates of S.gramine on this four plankton species’proliferation rate,population density,MDA content,antioxidant enzyme activity and the content of chlorophyll-a were studied.The results showed that the root exudates of S.gramine had inhibitory effects on P.caudatum,P.polycaryum and C.vulgaris.The total generation,average quantity and population density of P.caudatum decreased from 8.00 generations,2.42,1069.40ind·mL^(-1) to 2.60 generations,1.12,265.20ind·mL^(-1).In addition,the total generation,average quantity and population density of P.polycaryum decreased from 7.67 generations,2.38,1186.20ind·mL^(-1) to 3.25 generations,1.12,509.20ind·mL^(-1).The population density of C.vulgaris decreased from 862ind·mL^(-1) to 536ind·mL^(-1).The root exudates of S.gramine showed facilitation on E.eurystomus at low concentration,and vice versa.The total generation,average quantity and population density of E.eurystomus increased from 10.33 generations,3.57,1133.80ind·mL^(-1) to 14.67 generations,5.19,1249.00ind·mL^(-1) at low concentration.Meanwhile,at high concentration,the total generation,average quantity and population density of E.eurystomus decreased from 10.33 generations,3.57,and 1133.80ind·mL^(-1) to 8.14 generations,2.90 and 5.19ind·mL^(-1),respectively.The root exudates of S.gramine resulted in an increase range from 10%to 50%in the malondialdehyde content of the four plankton species,but the antioxidant enzymes of different plankton activity varied in response to its root exudates.The results of this study showed that root exudates of S.gramine could significantly affect the growth and reproduction of these local plankton,indicating that exotic S.gramine may have unfavorable effects on aquatic ecosystems.
