摘  要:矩阵变换器(matrix converter,MC)现有调制方法难以兼顾输出谐波和共模这两者特性,同时也未量化调制参数对输出特性的影响。文中基于三重傅里叶变换原理,建立调制参数零电压矢量作用时间、电压传输比与输出电压共模分量和谐波分量的映射关系,量化分析零电压矢量作用时间对共模分量和谐波分量的影响规律,为考虑零矢量作用时间对输出特性的调制方法提供理论基础和理论依据。基于零电压矢量作用时间对间接矩阵变换器(indirect matrix converter,IMC)输出特性的分析,在不同电压传输比下获得最优零电压矢量作用时间,大大降低输出低频共模分量幅值来有效抑制输出漏电流,进一步提高IMC输出性能。最后通过实验验证理论分析的正确性。The existing modulation methods of matrix converter(MC) are difficult to consider both output harmonic and common-mode characteristics, and the influence of modulation parameters on output characteristics is not quantified. Based on the principle of triple Fourier transform,this paper established the mathematical equations among modulation parameter two zero-voltage vector action time,voltage transfer ratio(VTR), output voltage common-mode components and harmonic components, and then quantitatively analyzed the effect of two zero-voltage vector action time on common-mode component and harmonic component, which provided a theoretical basis for the modulation method considering the zero vector action time on the output characteristics. Based on the analysis of the two zero-voltage vector action time on the output characteristics of IMC, the optimal two zero-voltage vector action time was obtained under different VTR, thereby greatly reducing the output low-frequency common-mode component amplitude to effectively suppress the leakage current and further improve the IMC output performance. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis in this paper was verified by experiments.
