摘  要:为提高作战装备系统战技性能与可靠性,适应高机动复杂条件作战要求,高可靠电驱动系统在武器装备中起到越来越重要的作用,现已成为世界各国努力发展的方向。针对坦克火炮电驱动系统应用,因所处环境恶劣、易受冲击振动等,常常存在电气故障,而导致系统不能稳定可靠运行。该文提出一种具有强容错、高性能的基于双绕组永磁容错电机(dual-winding fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor,DFPMM)的共母线型双逆变器驱动系统,采用磁动势矢量图分析法进行系统缺任意两相容错运行原理的分析,并提出系统缺任意两相容错运行的控制策略。通过理论研究、仿真和实验验证,发现基于DFPMM的共母线型双逆变器驱动系统适用于单电源供电体制,能够减小体积重量,发生故障后系统的利用率较高,同时还能够实现系统在15种缺任意两相故障情况下的容错运行,以期使坦克火炮电驱动系统具备高可靠性和强容错性。In order to improve the performance and reliability of combat equipment system, and suit the requirements of high maneuverability and complex conditions,the high reliable electric drive system in the weapon equipment is becoming more and more important. Now it has become the important development direction in various countries. For the tank gun electric drive system, there are often electrical faults that lead to unstable and unreliable operation due to the harsh environment and susceptibility to shock and vibration. In this paper, a dual-inverter drive system with common bus based on dual-winding fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor(DFPMM) with strong fault tolerance was proposed.Two-phase open-phase fault of this system was studied and analyzed by magnetomotive force vector diagram, and its two-phase open-circuit fault-tolerant control strategy was proposed. Validated through theoretical studies, simulations and experiments, the DFPMM-based dual inverter drive system with common DC bus could not only be applicable to single power supply system, reduce the size and weight, and have high system utilization rate after faults, but also realize fault-tolerant operation under any two phases open faults in 15different cases, making the tank gun electric drive system reliable and fault tolerant.
