摘　　要：目的了解抑郁症患者舞动治疗体验,为制定适合患者康复的舞动治疗方案提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对17例抑郁症患者进行半结构式访谈。借助Nvivo 12软件,将访谈资料归纳分析并提炼主题。结果对访谈资料进行分析后得出本次研究的5个主题,即:舞动治疗吸引力有待提高;舞动治疗有助于帮助患者调节情绪;舞动治疗有助于提升患者人际交往能力;舞动治疗有助于改善身体状况;舞动治疗有助于提高患者自我效能。结论医护人员应加强对抑郁症患者的舞动治疗干预,以期帮助抑郁症患者缓解症状。Objective:To understand the experience of dance therapy for depressed patients and to provide a basis for developing a dance therapy programme suitable for the rehabilitation of depressed patients.Methods:A semi-structured interview was conducted with 17 depressed patients using phenomenological research methods in qualitative research.The interview data were summarised and analysed using Nvivo 12 software to distil themes.Results:Five themes emerged from the analysis of the interview data for this study,namely:further improvement of the attractiveness of dance therapy,and the help of dance therapys with improvement of patients’negative emotions,with patients’interpersonal skills,with physical condition and improvement of self-efficacy as well.Conclusion:Health care professionals should strengthen dance therapy for depressed patients in order to provide a basis for symptom recovery in depressed patients.
